A product purchased from CS Enterprises Hull Ltd may be returned for the following reasons:
- If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
- If the product is incorrect due to a wrong pick or misinformation
- If the goods have been ordered incorrectly by yourselves.
In all cases please click on The Returns Form and kindly complete and submit this within 24 hours of finding the discrepancy.
Once you have submitted the form, a copy of this will be sent to your registered email ID.
Please include a printout of the returns form and include this within the package along with any receipts for costs incurred in returning the package.
Please note that we will refund any costs for returning the product only if it is found that the error was on part of CS Enterprises Hull Ltd. in delivering your order incorrectly. In case this is not the case you will be informed accordingly in which case we will either send you a replacement
Items returned to CS Enterprises Hull Ltd for the reasons outlined above should be done so within 7days of receipt, and should also meet the following criteria:
- Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Goods should not have been altered in any way
- Goods should not have been washed or stained.
- Goods should not have been used.
- Any free gifts or other additional bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.
Some products are made to order or are shipped directly from our manufacturer. If you wish to return these items without a fault a restocking fee may be applied. Please contact our returns team for more information.
Items that may have been personalized will not be credited unless you received them in a damaged condition.
Please allow 14 days for the refund specially during the peak back to school period.
